My name is Kyle Cucci and I love to explore the many areas of information security. I have lots of experience in many different areas of information security, including malware analysis and reverse-engineering, Red Teaming and offensive security, incident response, digital forensics, and security architecture and engineering… In a nutshell, I specialise in assessing and communicating cyber risk. By day, I am a principle/lead security analyst in the financial industry, focusing on threat analysis and investigations. In my free time I perform independent security research, analyse new malware, code new tools and scripts, and participate in bug-bounty programs (not much anymore).

This blog is about my random ramblings and discoveries in infosec. Maintaining a blog gives me the extra motivation (guilt?) to actively work on my side projects and research, and to (hopefully) help and motivate the greater infosec and wanna-be infosec community. As we are are a small field, I feel it is the duty of every infosec professional to give back a little to the community.

Enjoy.
